ライブドアの苦悩！
堀江社長がとにかくテレビ等に露出しています。
ある意味、時の人になっている訳ですが、こういう状況を
見ていると、周りに動かされている感すらしてきます。
当初の目的は何だったのか？どういう戦略で、なおかつ
どういう工程を見込んでいたのか？
今になっても、当事者でない我々にとって今ひとつ
明確に分からない、というのが本音なのではないでしょうか？
今日の発言の中で、
「我々は１年間くらいを想定してましたし、早く決着しても
６ヶ月だと考えてました。」
というような事を述べてました。
私の主観で見れば、長期戦はどうみても不利な訳だし、この発言は
苦し紛れの言葉にしか見えないように思えます。
ライブドアとしてのシナリオは現時点において崩れていると共に、
最悪の方向に進んでいると見た方が正しい訳で、正直、今後の
展開にライブドアの勝算、光明は到底見いだせないように思えます。
抜いた刀は簡単には引けぬ、との考え方で見ると、ここで引き下がる
という事は、世間や株式市場、株主に対して「信用」を失うという意味で
絶対に選択できない、というのもあり、進むも地獄、戻るも地獄、
と言えるのかもしれません。今は、ただ前だけを見て進むのみ、しか
選択肢がないと判断している、なら、非常に苦しい状況ですよね。
徳川家康という武将は、負け戦の時には、早々と引き上げたと言われて
います。そういう意味で、ライブドアもフジテレビの大技に対して、
それにつき合うのではなく、一旦引き下がるのも、経営上必要なのでは
ないでしょうか？このまま泥仕合につき合っても、到底株主利益に
なるとは思えませんから。

今朝のテレビ朝日の報道。
コメンテーターが、「まず、テレビ朝日に来ればいいのに」と言ったのに対し、
